U21 Hurling Championship
The North U21 championship begins on weekend 21/22 Oct. There are 2 groups of 3 in the U21A championship with the top two teams in each group qualifying for the semi-final.
We have been drawn in a group with Ballina and Borrisoleigh and have a bye in the first round. Fixtures for the other two rounds are as outlined below

Flag Day
Our annual adult & juvenile club flag day takes place on Sat next, 14th Oct, and we are looking for volunteers to help out on the day. We will be collecting at 7 locations around town from 10am to 6pm.
If you can help out for an hour please contact 087 2850732 to be included.
Condolences
We extend our sympathies to the family of Joe Hackett who passed away yesterday. Joe was one of the great characters of the town of Nenagh and was a lifelong supporter of Nenagh Éire Óg.

Restart A Heart Day 2023

What is Restart a Heart Day?
Restart a Heart Day is an annual training event on October 16th relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillator use or first aid surrounding heart attacks and cardiac arrests.
Due to the recent installation of many defibrillators in our community, sports clubs, schools and community groups, we are committed to training as many of you who are interested in learning these life saving skills.
To coincide with this
Defibs For Life Nenagh are running a number of training sessions in basic CPR/Defibrillator use free of charge. A fully certified course with a 2 year expiry will also be offered for a fee.
These will take place in Nenagh Éire Óg Complex, Nenagh, E45HY06.

CAMOGIE NEWS
Under 10
The under 10s finished off their season with a fantastic festival of camogie in Dr Morris Park on Sunday last,
facilitated by Tipperary Camogie.
We fielded three strong teams with over thirty players competing in three matches each. A huge thank you to Kieran, Niall, Áine, Paddy, Hugh, Brendan and Páraic for their incredible efforts coaching the girls throughout the season.

We wrapped up the afternoon with a well deserved party complete with food and medals back at the clubhouse.
