Condolences
We extend our sympathies to the O’Donoghue family, Richmond, on the sad passing of Paddy O’Donoghue on Monday last.
The O’Donoghues have had strong links with the Nenagh Éire Óg club down through the years. Paddy played hurling and football with the club at both juvenile and adult level, winning North and County titles at Under 15 and Under 17 along the way.
While still playing he held the position of Club Secretary in the late 70s and continued to be involved as a Committee member for many years through the 1980s and 90s.
Paddy’s father, Paddy Snr, was a familiar face around MacDonagh Park for many years where he had the role of groundsman and in his later years was a life president of the club.
To Paddy’s wife Vera, daughter Michelle, son Kieran, grandchildren, sister, brother and the extended O’Donoghue we offer our sincere sympathies.
Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.
