National Clubs Draw
Over the coming weeks the club will be selling tickets for the National Clubs Draw. Once again the top prize this year is a car with many other great prizes to be won. Tickets cost €10 and are available through the senior, camogie and juvenile clubs. All support for this draw is greatly appreciated.
Lotto
There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot. The numbers drawn were 13, 15, 25 & 27.
The 3 X €50 lucky dip winners this week are:
- Michael ‘Rabbit’ Ryan, 44 Bar
- Conor Malone, Knockalton
- Enda Long, Carrig Rua
Congrats to our winners.
Next week’s lotto Jackpot will be €5,600 and the draw will take place on Monday 13th February.
As the lotto starts again in 2023, we thank everyone for continuing to support our lotto. If you have not yet joined the lotto or if your ticket has recently expired (check recent emails from Clubforce to check status of your ticket), please consider signing up again – it is our main fundraiser and contributes enormously to the day to day running of the club.
And the lotto can now be played in the following businesses in the town:
HI-B
JKC
CENTRA
THE 44 BAR
CLEARY’S DAYBREAK
ANDYS
So look out for our new lotto boxes in these places where you can buy your lotto tickets each week and they will be included in the next lotto draw.
Table Quiz
Long Puck
The club will hold a long puck competition on Sat 18th February in aid of the Dillon Quirke Foundation – more details on this next week.
Tipperary
Well done to Jake Morris and Conor McCarthy who were both selected on the Tipperary senior hurling panel for the National League. Jake was introduced as a second half sub in last Saturday’s win over Laois and scored 1 – 2. Tipp’s next game is against Kilkenny next Sunday in Nowlan Park.
Condolences
We extend our sympathies to the Darcy family and the Kilruane MacDonagh’s club on the sudden passing of Dan Darcy last weekend. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
Every Step Counts Challenge/Ireland Lights Up Walks
The Every Step Counts challenge and Ireland Lights Up Walks will continue to run over the coming weeks. You can take part in the Every Step Counts challenge by downloading the MyLife App and register under Nenagh Éire Óg. This challenge will run until 15th February so there’s still time to join and help us reach the target.
The club’s Ireland Lights Up walks are continuing with the walk on again this Thurs evening at 7pm from the Complex, please wear a Hi Vis. So join in both challenges and let’s get walking for 2023.
