Tipperary
A massive congratulations to Billy O’Brien, Jake Donellan Houlihan and the Tipperary Minor hurling team who were crowned All- Ireland champions on Sunday last.
Tipperary were down to 13 men in the first half, but showed nothing but heart and gave a heroic preformance to get over the line after extra time. The final score was 2-17 to 3-12 with Billy contributing 1-1 to the tally along with Jake scoring 0-3 from frees.
The club is incredibly proud of these young men who gave it everything and fought till the end. Congratulations and well done to you all!

Camogie Notes
U15
Intermediate
Our team played in the Tullamore 7s on Saturday. It was a great day out with some fine camogie played by our girls.
We played 2 games. We won the first game well and played a very tight contest with Tullamore in the 2nd.
Goals are often the difference in the 7s game, and unfortunately Tullamore got 3 of them in the first half and we lost by a goal in the end. Thanks to all who travelled and to Tullamore Camogie Club for organising it.
Tipperary
Tipperary played Kilkenny in Round 5 of the Glen Dimplex All Ireland Championship on Saturday. Grace O’Brien started corner forward and scored 4 points from play. This fifth win has left Tipperary top of their group and means a direct spot in the All Ireland semi finals in 4 weeks time which will be held in Kilkenny.
Well done to Grace Cleary and Rhiannon Jones lining out with the Tipperary U16A team in the All Ireland Championship.
