MacDonagh Park
Thanks to all who helped out over the past two weekends when we hosted the Premier Intermediate Co Final draw and replay in MacDonagh Park.
Thanks in particular to those who prepared the field and had it in great condition for both days.

Drone footage taken during the Co Final last weekend – thanks to Shane Hennessy for this.

Healthy Club Event
There was a great turn out for the talk on women’s health by Helen Ryan (Total Health Physio) on Wednesday 18 October at Éire Óg Complex. The talk was organised by the Camogie Club as part of the GAA Irish Life Healthy Club Project series of activities for Autumn/Winter 2023.
A big thank you to Helen, Musculoskeletal specialist, Pilates instructor, and Breath expert, for what was a really informative, thought-provoking and motivating talk.
All who attended left with lots of ideas as to how they might look after their health better, particularly in relation to sleep, diet, stress management and movement.
Strength Classes
This Thursday, 26th October, from 8pm to 9pm in the Complex we will be starting our Strength Classes for women.
This is the first in a series of classes which will be run up to Christmas. The first night is a “Taster Class” where we hope to see lots of women coming along and giving it a go. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Cost is €10 (Teens go free). No equipment needed.
These classes are organised by Nenagh Camogie Club in conjunction with Nenagh Éire Óg Healthy Club.
Family Table Quiz
Our first ever Kahootz Family Table Quiz takes place on Saturday November 4th in the Éire Óg Complex. Doors open at 7.30pm and the Quiz starts at 8pm.
We have some great prizes up for grabs with our Top Prize being a Family Ticket for Emerald Park. It costs €40 to enter a team, 4 per team (1 Adult), suitable for everyone aged 8 years and up.
This is a fundraiser for the camogie club and we ask all our members to support the event. Looking forward to a great family fun night out.
