{"id":717,"date":"2013-04-17T21:45:25","date_gmt":"2013-04-17T21:45:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nenagheireog.com\/?p=717"},"modified":"2013-04-17T21:45:49","modified_gmt":"2013-04-17T21:45:49","slug":"fantastic-turn-out-for-first-round-of-the-under-12-parish-league","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nenagheireog.com\/index.php\/fantastic-turn-out-for-first-round-of-the-under-12-parish-league\/","title":{"rendered":"Fantastic turn out for first round of the under-12 parish league"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>There was a fantastic turn out for the first round of the under-12 parish league which took place on Monday, April 18th.<\/p>\n<p>The Geaney family donated two cups in honour of their late father, Michael Geaney senior &#8211; these cups will be played for in the A and B finals in a few weeks\u2019 time.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the first round games were: St Mary\u2019s 3-5 \u00c9ire \u00d3g 3-4, Red Rovers 2-8 Sarsfields 2-4. <\/p>\n<p>Amongst the younger players there were great displays from Dermot McTiernan, Maeve Hassett, Ben West, Katie Morris, Adam Ryan, Laura White, Jamie Cottrell, Dylan Noonan-Kelly and Cian Galvin. A special mention goes to Se\u00e1n Phelan who scored points from two sideline cuts.
