Lotto<\/strong>
There was no winner of our latest lotto jackpot which stood at \u20ac2,400. A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support the draw. Remember, you can play online through Clubforce \u2013 the link is on our social media pages.<\/p>\n

Senior<\/strong>
Hard luck to our senior hurlers who were narrowly edged out by Cashel in Round 2 of the County Senior Hurling Championship.
Final score: Cashel 0-21 Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g 2-13.
Goals came from Jake Morris and Adam Carey. A spirited effort from the lads.<\/p>\n

Junior A<\/strong>
Our Junior A hurlers are into the North semi-final this Friday 29th. At the time of writing, their opponents are still to be confirmed. Best of luck to the team and management.<\/p>\n

Under-17<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commiserations to our Under-17 hurlers who were defeated by Silvermines in a highly entertaining game in Kilcoleman. This result brings our involvement in this year\u2019s championship to a close and we wish to sincerely thank the management team and the entire panel for their tremendous commitment and effort throughout the season. We also extend our best wishes to Evan Whyte for a speedy recovery after picking up an injury during the game<\/p>\n

Lucy Spain on the attack against Moycarkey Borris<\/p><\/div>\n

Under-6<\/strong>
Our youngest camogie stars had great fun in the hurling alley on Saturday morning with lots of games and skills, followed by some well-earned treats. New girls are always welcome \u2013 join us at 9am on Saturday mornings on the Astro.<\/p>\n

Under-10<\/strong>
The girls played Kiladangan on Thursday in a blitz, with every player getting three games. Great effort from everyone. Training continues Monday evening at 6pm.<\/p>\n

Under-13<\/strong>
Best of luck to our players in their league final against Cashel in Dr Morris Park, Thurles next Saturday. Let\u2019s get out and support the girls.<\/p>\n

Intermediate<\/strong>
Our second round of the 2025 championship saw us take on a strong Moycarkey side at home on Friday evening. Despite losing some of our starting players to injury, Nenagh produced some fine passages of play, particularly in the first half. Unfortunately, we struggled to turn those moves into scores, while Moycarkey proved more clinical and pulled away.
Final score: Moycarkey Borris 1-23 Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g 1-8.<\/p>\n

Next up, we face Kilruane MacDonaghs on Tuesday 2nd September at 6.30pm in Ardcroney. All support appreciated.<\/p>\n

Tipperary<\/strong>
Well done to Sail\u00ed O’Connor who lined out with the Under-15A development squad at the weekend. They brought home victory in their memorial blitz in Cappamore, Limerick \u2013 a brilliant achievement.<\/p>\n

Under-13 Boys<\/strong>
The A panel take on Kilruane in the plate final this Tuesday evening in Nenagh at 6.45. Best of luck to the players and coaches \u2013 all support welcome.<\/p>\n

The D panel are in action against Roscrea on Monday 25th August in Cloughjordan at 6.30. Wishing the boys the very best of luck, and as always, support is encouraged.<\/p>\n

All of us in the club wish Lily O’Brien a speedy recovery from the injury she picked up in the game against Moycarkey Borris. At first, it was feared she had suffered a broken ankle, with her mother Marie rushing to her side to offer support while physiotherapist Clodagh McIntyre quickly assessed the situation. Thankfully her ankle was fine \u2013 but Lily had, in fact, fallen victim to something far more serious\u2026 poorly finished tan lines on her feet.
As a result, she has been ruled out for the rest of the season and, even more devastatingly, will have to miss Electric Picnic next weekend. An emergency bottle of Dripping Gold was dispatched, though we await confirmation on whether it did the trick.
