    Healthy Club Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The \u00c9ire \u00d3g Healthy Club walking series continues on Thursday 25th January at 7pm<\/span>. Walk No. 3, newcomers welcome! These are community walks for all ages and levels of ability. There will be an option to walk a 3KM or a 5.5KM route again this week. Meet at MacDonagh Park from 6.55pm<\/span>
    \nNo charge. Registration required. Wrap up well, wear a Hi-Vis or reflective gear & bring along your family, neighbours and friends!

    \nMunster Champions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    St Marys Secondary School, Newport, won their Munster Post Primary Schools senior hurling final last Friday, beating Mungret, with our own David Minogue manning the sideline. Well done David.<\/p>\n

    Fitzgibbon Cup<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Well done to Conor Hennessy and Mark Carey who are part of the MIC and UCC Fitzgibbon panels. Conor is representing Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g on the MIC squad and Mark is representing on the UCC side. They played against each other in the first round of the Fitzgibbon Cup and Mary I came out on top. <\/p>\n

    Harty Cup<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Congratulations to Nenagh CBS on their win over  Charleville CBS in the Dr. Harty Cup Semi- Final. Well done to all Eire Og hurlers involved; Aodh\u00e1n O\u2019Connor, Cian Connolly, Eoin Garrigan, Mason Cawley, Zack Keller, Billy O\u2019Brien and Emmet Jones. The final will take place on the 3rd of February, throw in is at 1pm in Cusack Park. Best of luck lads !<\/p>\n

    Camogie Notes <\/h3>\n

    Medal Presentation<\/h4>\n

    The \u00c9ire \u00d3g Juvenile, Camogie and Handball clubs will hold their medal presentation night in the complex hall on Saturday January 27th at 7pm<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    We had a great year in underage camogie last year and have 4 teams to present:
    \n– u12 Plate winners
    \n– u13 Silver Cup Winners
    \n– u14A Plate winners
    \n– u16B league runners up.
    \nSo we hope to see everyone there to celebrate these achievements.<\/p>\n

    We begin our season with yoga classes in Eire Og complex Wednesday evening 7-8pm. Each player to please bring their own mat.<\/div>\n

    GAA Healthy Club Project<\/h4>\n
     <\/div>\n
    Strength Class Series for women, hosted by Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Camogie Club in association with the GAA Healthy Club Project will continue on Monday evenings 18:50-19:50<\/span>.
    \nDue to popular demand, this initiative will be returning for 6 weeks until the 12th February<\/span> for females of all ages for \u20ac12 per session. Beginners and new participants are very welcome to join us in the coming weeks and all that is needed is an exercise mat to improve your physical health.<\/div>\n

    \nIreland Lights Up Walking Series 2024<\/h4>\n

     Another great 6 week GAA Healthy Club initiative continues Thursday 25th January at 6:50pm<\/span>.  These are community walks for all ages and levels of ability. The programme targets anyone interested in getting fitter; learning some new safe walking routes around Nenagh, making new friends, establishing some good healthy habits early in the new year and learning about what goes on at Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g!<\/p>\n

    Hi-Vis\/reflective gear is required but there are no charges or registration. We will meet at MacDonagh Park each Thursday until the 15th Feb 24<\/span>.<\/p>\n
