    Healthy Club Project<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Well done to everyone who came out to join the first night of the Ireland Lights Up walks organised by Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g. It was great to welcome both regular and new faces to our GAA club. Our next walk is Thursday the 18<\/span>th<\/span> of Jan for take-off at 7pm from the Complex. Spread the word and bring someone else along next week. All are welcome. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Well done to Barry Heffernan and Josh Keller who were part of the Tipperary squad who overcame Kerry last weekend in the Coop Superstores Munster Hurling League.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Harty Cup<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Congratulations to Nenagh CBS who advanced to the Dr. Harty Cup semi-final after a great win over CBC Cork in the quarter- final. Well done to all Eire Og hurlers involved; Aodh\u00e1n O\u2019Connor, Cian Connolly, Eoin Garrigan, Mason Cawley, Zack Keller, Billy O\u2019Brien and Emmet Jones. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Handball<\/h3>\n

    Congratulations to Shane Gleeson from our u17 hurling team who won his North Tipperary Handball final against Youghalara opposition in Kilcolman. Well done Shane and best of luck in the county stages. <\/p>\n

    Congratulations to Jake Morris who won North Tipperary Senior Hurler of the year for 2023. Well done Jake and to all the winners. <\/p>\n

    Camogie news <\/h3>\n

    GAA Healthy Club Project<\/h4>\n
    Strength Class Series for women, hosted by Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Camogie Club in association with the GAA Healthy Club Project will continue on Monday evenings. <\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n
    Due to popular demand, this initiative will be returning for 6 weeks for females of all ages for \u20ac12 per session or \u20ac60 for the full term. Beginners and new participants are very welcome to join us in the coming weeks and all that is needed is an exercise mat to improve your physical health.<\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n

    Ireland Lights Up Walking Series 2024 <\/h4>\n
    Another great 6 week GAA Healthy Club initiative continues Thursday 18th January at 6:50pm.  <\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n
    These are community walks for all ages and levels of ability.<\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n
    The programme targets anyone interested in getting fitter; learning some new safe walking routes around Nenagh, making new friends, establishing some good healthy habits early in the new year and learning about what goes on at Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g!<\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n
    Hi-Vis\/reflective gear is required but there are no charges or registration. We will meet at MacDonagh Park each Thursday until the 15th Feb 24.<\/div>\n
