There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot. The numbers drawn were 8, 13, 14 & 32.<\/p>\n

U21 Hurling Championship<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The North U21 championship is due to begin next weekend.<\/p>\n

With time constraints to make the Co semi final dates,  it has now been decided that the North championship will be run on a knockout basis. <\/p>\n

We have been drawn to play Toomevara in the quarter final – this game will take place on Sunday 29th Oct at 2pm in Borrisileigh.<\/p>\n

Healthy Club Event<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Autumn\/Winter schedule of GAA Healthy Club initiatives at Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g begins tonight, Wednesday 18th October, with a talk on Women’s Health by Helen Ryan.<\/p>\n

This takes place in MacDonagh Park Complex at 8pm, cost is \u20ac5, Tea and Coffee will be served.<\/p>\n

Keep an eye on social media for updates on other events in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Flag Day<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our annual adult & juvenile club flag day took place last weekend. Thanks to everyone who helped out during the day and to all who supported us around the town.<\/p>\n

MacDonagh Park<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

MacDonagh Park has been a busy place since the knockout stages of the Co Championship began in the middle of September but last weekend we stepped up again when we hosted the Premier Intermediate Co Final between Lorrha and Thurles Sarsfields. <\/p>\n

Thanks to all the team who worked beforehand to have the pitch in fantastic shape and to everyone who helped out on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly.<\/p>\n

With the game ending in a draw last weekend, MacDonagh Park will be the venue for the replay on Saturday next so once again it will be all systems go for this game.<\/p>\n

Defibrillator Training<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Due to the recent installation of many defibrillators in our community, sports clubs, schools and community groups, there is a commitment to training as many of those who are interested in learning these life saving skills.<\/div>\n

To coincide with this, Defibs For Life Nenagh<\/span><\/a> are running a number of training sessions in basic CPR\/Defibrillator use free of charge. A fully certified course with a 2 year expiry will also be offered for a fee.<\/div>\n
These will take place in Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Complex, Nenagh, E45HY06.<\/div>\n

Hard luck to our senior camogie team who lost out to Cashel in the Senior Relegation play-off. 
\nThe club are very proud of the players who have given their all for Nenagh Camogie all season.<\/div>\n
We also thank our management team of Donie O’Brien, Noel Coffey and Kieran O’Brien who have put in immense work since taking over.<\/div>\n

Nenagh Camogie Table Quiz<\/i><\/strong><\/span>
\nWe will host our Camogie Community Table Quiz on Saturday 04th of November. First prize is a Family Ticket to Emerald Park with runner up prizes for 2nd & 3rd Places.<\/p>\n

We will have Raffles with Spot Prizes and Refreshments for sale throughout the evening. <\/p>\n

Doors open at 19:30 and the Quiz starts at 20:00 sharp. Teams of 4-6 maybe entered for \u20ac40 with 1 adult per team required for supervision. The quiz is suitable for children of 8 years and older and will be an excellent family friendly event. 
\nThis quiz will be an integral part of our fundraising campaign and all support is very much appreciated.    <\/p>\n
