Tipperary Clubs Draw<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

Thanks to everyone who supported the 2023\/24 Tipperary Clubs draw which started last weekend. Thanks also to our draw co-ordinator Catherine Kennedy and to all our promoters for all the work put in making this a great success once again for the club.<\/p>\n

Congrats to our two winners on the night \u2013 Sean Moore who won \u20ac500 and Hugh Maloney who won \u20ac300. The first of the new weekly draws will take place next Friday 1st<\/sup> Sept with the next monthly draw on Fri 8th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s still not too late to join the draw \u2013 please contact any senior, juvenile or camogie officer<\/strong> for info on joining. Or you can also join online on the link below – and remember to give Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g as your club.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cairde Na Gormacha –  Friends of the Blues – this is a syndicate add on to the draw, it is not intended to replace or offer a cheaper alternative. To join the syndicate you must already be a full member of the Tipperary draw in your own right.<\/div>\n

Senior Hurling<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our seniors lost out to Mullinahone by 8 points in the Co Championship last weekend. This result means we finish third in the group and will now play Thurles Sarsfields in the Preliminary Quarter Final \u2013 this game will be played on Saturday 9th Sept at 5pm in Borrisoleigh.<\/p>\n

U19 Hurling<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Best of luck to our U19s who play Toomevara in the North semi final on this Wed, 30th<\/sup> August, at 6.45pm in MacDonagh Park.<\/p>\n

Arrabawn Donation<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Conor Ryan, CEO of Arrabawn Co-op recently presented a cheque to Nenagh Eire Og Chairperson, John Tooher.<\/p>\n

We thank Arrabawn for this generous donation to our development fund and for their continued support of the ongoing development of MacDonagh Park.<\/p>\n

    New Field Update<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    It’s great to see the work recommence on the new field during the week following the recent run of bad weather.<\/p>\n

    Sand was spread earlier in the week and with remainder of the work involving adding and levelling more sand and further drainage, we will be hoping the weather stays favourable to complete this work.<\/p>\n
