    As the lotto continues into 2023, we thank everyone for continuing to support our lotto. If you have not yet joined the lotto or if your ticket has recently expired (check recent emails from Clubforce to check status of your ticket), please consider signing up again – it is our main fundraiser and contributes enormously to the day to day running of the club.<\/p>\n

    Junior A<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Well done to our Junior As who had a good win over Roscrea in the first round of the Championship on Fri evening last. Final score was 2 – 19 to 1 \u2013 12 with Sean Phelan and Cian Crowley getting the goals. Next up is Borrisoleigh in Round Two next Friday evening at 7.30pm in Shalee. <\/p>\n

    U19A<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Our u19s opened their championship last Wed evening with a 3 point win over Toomevara in Nenagh. They now have a bye in Round Two with their Round Three game against Borrisoleigh due to be played on Wed 26th July. <\/p>\n

    Senior<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    The seniors will play Toomevara in the North Quarter Final on Sunday eve next at 7pm in Dolla. <\/p>\n

    Entry to this game will be by ticket, there will also be a Tap and Go option at the gate. Tickets are available at the link below:<\/p>\n

    Scrap Metal Collection Fundraiser<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    The club\u2019s annual scrap metal collection takes place next weekend. Items can be dropped off on Thurs & Fri from 7pm to 9pm and on Sat from 2pm \u2013 4pm  \u2013 see below the items that can be dropped off \u2013 contact Shane at 087 63703830 with any queries.<\/p>\n

    Over 40s Social Hurling<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Our Under 7 boys welcomed Kiladangan on Friday evening last for some great games. The boys showed super determination and enthusiasm and are improving every week. Well done to everyone. Training continues at 10 am on Saturday mornings at the club grounds. Mid-week training is on Wednesday from 6 to 7. All new boys are very welcome to come along and give it a try, contact Erica on 086 8774496.<\/p>\n

    Our Under 9 boys played our U10 \u00c9ire \u00d3g girls last week, it was a mighty fun evening with both sets of players giving it everything. Training continues Tuesday evening 6-7.15pm and Saturday morning 10-11.15am. We love to see new faces coming along, boys born in 2014\/15 are very welcome to come and give it a try, contact Alan on 087 7518789.<\/p>\n

    Last Saturday we hosted and participated in the regional F\u00e9ile football competition.<\/p>\n

    Well done to our U15 boys who played some excellent football against some quality opposition. Our boys lost the plate final, we are immensely proud of their achievements through this entire competition.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    In advance of the F\u00e9ile competition the boys were presented with new F\u00e9ile gear – socks, togs and training tops. The gear is fabulous and was kindly sponsored by a number of businesses in town, Brendan Gavin from Ger Gavin Interiors, Joe Mulqueen from Andy\u2019s Bar & Restaurant, Permanent TSB and also the Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Juvenile Club. We would encourage you all to support these businesses in return for their generous sponsorship to this group of players.<\/p>\n

    We played a friendly match against the u9 Hurling Team last Thursday. This was a great opportunity for both sides to practice match skills together as a club.<\/p>\n

    Saturday Morning we Travelled to Dolla for a Blitz hosted by Silvermines. We fielded 2 strong teams and played 3 games each. Thanks to Silvermines Camogie for hosting us and facilitating some great matches.

    Glen Dimplex Premier Junior All Ireland Championship <\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

    The draw for the All Ireland Premier Junior Championship was held on Saturday evening.  As a result of  Tipperary topping their group – they were entered into a draw and were successful in going straight into the semi finals on July 27th 2023. <\/div>\n
    Rachel Maher and her team mates will  have to await the results of the quarter finals to find out who their opponents will be in the semi final. <\/div>\n

    Glen Dimplex Senior  All Ireland Championship<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n
     <\/div>\n
    Grace started corner forward for the Tipperary Senior Team on Saturday evening in their final Group 2 match in Nowlan Park against current All Ireland Champions –  Kilkenny. <\/div>\n
    The match resulted in a draw with Tipperary scoring 1-11 to Galway 2-08.  This result meant that Tipperary topped their group and were subsequently entered into a draw that would give them an opportunity to go directly into the semi final stage of the All Ireland Championship. <\/div>\n
    Galway and Waterford were pulled out of the draw, which means that Tipperary will play in the quarter final next Saturday afternoon against Antrim in Croke Park before the Limerick V Galway All Ireland Hurling semi final.  <\/div>\n
