There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot. The numbers drawn were 2, 6, 21 & 26<\/p>\n

    Junior A Hurling League<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Hard luck to our Junior As who lost out to Roscrea by a point in the league final on Friday evening last \u2013 score in the game was 2 – 19 to 1 \u2013 23 with Anthony Walsh and Aodh\u00e1n O\u2019Connor getting the Nenagh goals.<\/p>\n

    Attention now turns to the Junior A Championship which begins next weekend.<\/p>\n

    Our opening game is against Roscrea on Fri evening next at 7.30pm in Borris-Ileigh. <\/p>\n

    Junior B<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

    Our Junior Bs lost out by 2 points to Portroe in the first round of the Junior B championship on Sunday afternoon last, final score was 18 points to 16.<\/p>\n

    U19A Hurling<\/em><\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The u19s open their championship on this Wednesday evening when they play Toomevara at 7pm in MacDonagh Park. <\/p>\n

    With 5 teams in the U19A championship, the remaining fixtures are outlined below:<\/p>\n

    Tipperary<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Hard luck to Jake Morris and the Tipperary team who lost the All Ireland quarter final to Galway last weekend.<\/p>\n

    With Tipperary now out of the championship, the North senior championship gets underway on the weekend of 8th<\/sup>\/9th<\/sup> July. We will play Toomevara in the North Quarter Final on Sunday evening, 9th July, at 7pm in Dolla.<\/p>\n

    New Field Update<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    More positive news to report on the new field this week with the spreading of the topsoil starting late last week.<\/p>\n

    Further drone footage below gives a good idea how the field is shaping up and starting to look like a pitch at last!!<\/p>\n
