Junior<\/strong>
\nHard luck to our Junior A team who lost out by a point to Kilruane on Fri evening in the first round of the Championship. The final score was 1-16 to 1-15 with Craig Hilmi getting the first half goal. They now play Borrisoleigh on Fri next at 7pm in Toomevara.<\/p>\n

\nUnder 19<\/strong>
\nThe Under 19 hurling championship will begin on Wednesday, 6th July, where there will be two grups of 3 in the Under 19A competition.<\/p>\n

\nLotto<\/strong><\/p>\n

There was no winner of tonight’s lotto jackpot . The numbers drawn were 2, 12, 29 & 30. This weeks 3 X \u20ac50 lucky dip winners are:<\/p>\n

    Congratulations to John Corbett who won our biggest lotto Jackpot of \u20ac10,200 recently. <\/div>\n
    John was presented with his winning cheque from Club Treasurer Josephine Mackey last week.<\/div>\n

    \nCongratulations to Filip McIntyre who represented Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g on the Tipperary Celtic Challenge team who defeated Galway to bring home the Michael Hogan Cup last weekend.<\/p>\n

    \nNenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Scrap Metal Collection Fundraiser.<\/strong>
    \nNenagh Eire \u00d3g are delighted to announce that we will be running a scrap metal collection on June 9th, 10th (7p.m – 9p.m) & June 11th (2p.m – 4 p.m.).
    \nDispose of all your unwanted scrap metal for free while supporting your local G.A.A club.
    \nWhat we will accept are old bicycles (no tyres), metal pipes, old farm machinery, old gates, scrap trailer parts, sheeting, old exercise equipment. What we CANNOT accept are washing machines, TV’s, computers, timber or toys.

    Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Gaelic Games Youth Academy<\/strong>
    \nThe Nenagh Eire Og Gaelic Games Youth Academy proudly sponsored by Albany Home Decor & A Sportsmans Dream welcomes new members to the club, training times for the various age groups as per the club social media sites.
    \nThe next Academy event will be Player Pathway – from Teenage Player to Adult Player which takes place on Friday June 10th at 8.30 in the Gaelscoil Nenagh. This event is open to teenagers, parents and coaches within the club.<\/p>\n

    \nNenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3gres<\/strong>
    \nOur 2022 \u00d3gres camp concluded last Saturday morning with the presentation of t-shirts and goodies for all the children who participated. This years camp was one of the most successful ever and was capped off with the attendance of Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g stars Barry Heffernan, Grace O’Brien, Jake Morris, Rachel Maher, Sam O’Farrell and Josh Keller. Thanks to these busy stars for popping by to present our newest club members with their \u00d3gres t-shirts.
    \nThanks to all of the people who came together to make the camp the resounding success it was and a special thanks to EBS New Mortgages Nenagh who were the proud sponsors of this years \u00d3gres Camp.
    \nWe now transition to Under 5 training for the boys who would like to continue enjoying the fun and games on Saturday mornings. Training begins next Saturday morning on the \u00c9ire \u00d3g outside field – road end, at 10am, we look forward to seeing you all there. Anyone who needs a hurl or helmet please let the coaches know and we can get you up and running.<\/p>\n

    \nOur fabulous little Under 5 boys will begin training on Saturday morning on the \u00c9ire \u00d3g outside field – road end, at 10 am, we very much look forward to seeing you all there to continue the fun and excitement from our Ogres camp.
    \nAny boys born in 2017 are welcome to come along and try training out, any questions call John on 087 1365053.<\/p>\n

    \nUnder 7<\/strong>
    \nUnder 7 boys continue to train on Saturday mornings from 10-11am and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm on the outside field. We’d always like to see new faces so any boys born in the years 2015\/16 please come along. For further information please contact Alan on 087-7518789.<\/p>\n

    \nUnder 9<\/strong>
    \nOur Under 9 boys played Kiladangan on Saturday morning in McDonagh Park. The boys played some fabulous football and have come along in leaps and bounds. This was the very first match with Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g for a number of our newer boys and we are very proud of what they have achieved in a short space of time, well done boys. Training continues on Wednesday evenings from 5.45 to 7 p.m. on the outside field.

    \nUnder 13<\/strong>
    \nUnder 13 boys played Doora Barefield away last Saturday. The boys played two very competitive games and took the spoils from both matches. Well done to all the boys, really great performances from both teams.
    \nThe first competitive hurling match of this season for both teams took place on  Tuesday evening, June 7th, where both teams came away with a win v Toomevara – well done boys. Training on Wednesday and Friday evenings.<\/p>\n

    \nUnder 15<\/strong>
    \nWith attention now switching to hurling, training continues on Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. Match arranged for Thursday evening in Nenagh at 7pm.<\/p>\n

    \nUnder 17<\/strong>
    \nOur U17s played played Ballina last night in MacDonagh Park in the North\/Mid League where they lost out in a good competitive game on a scoreline of 2-19 to1-17. With the North Championship just around the corner, the squad are progressing well and getting good quality games in preparation. U17\/19 training continues every Monday and Wednesday at 6.50 pm.<\/p>\n

    Senior training this week is on Monday,  Thursday and Sunday morning. The best of luck to all our players doing their exams this week and we wish a speedy recovery to Ella and Michelle.<\/div>\n
    Rachel Maher lined out for Tipperary in the Junior match at the weekend which finished in a draw against Clare.<\/div>\n
    Grace O’Brien lined out for the Tipperary Senior team against Waterford on Sunday in Round 3 of the All Ireland Championship. They were beaten 1.16 to 0.13.<\/div>\n

    The \u00c9ire \u00d3gres camp finished up on Saturday morning. There were a number of County and club stars (Jake, Barry, Josh, Sam, Grace and Rachel) on hand to present the goodie bags with t-shirts to all those who attended.<\/div>\n
    Well done to Niall Cahill for coordinating the whole show and to the organising committee once again this year. Thanks to Cyril Bailey and his team in EBS Nenagh for sponsoring the camp.<\/div>\n
