Lotto<\/strong>

\nWe are hoping that we can resume our lotto in the next few weeks and with the likelihood that restrictions will still be in place, we are asking our members and supporters to make every effort to play our lotto online. It costs just \u20ac2 per week to play safely online with different payment plans available. Please choose the ‘auto-renew’ option and also help family members who may not have an online presence to join. The link to join is included below and on the home page of the website so please sign up now and you will be included when the lotto resumes – it is of vital importance to us now that everyone rows in behind our lotto which is one of our main fundraisers.<\/p>\n

\nMembership<\/strong>
\nA reminder to all our players, mentors and supporters that membership for 2021 is now due. Membership rates remain the same for 2021 with Full membership \u20ac50 and Student\/OAP\/Unemployed \u20ac30. Juvenile membership is also \u20ac30 with family options available. This can be paid online via the link above and can also be paid by contacting Club Registrar Enda Long at 087 2213954 or any Club Officer.
\nWe are asking our players in particular to please pay their membership over the coming weeks before training resumes.

\nHealthy Club Sponsored Walks<\/strong>
\nThe Healthy Club walking group are doing sponsored walks over the coming weeks in support of the residents and community of St Conlon’s Nursing Home in Nenagh.
\nThese walks will be done individually by the members and the group are looking for sponsorship for each kilometre walked – \u20ac5 for 5 km, \u20ac10 for 10 km etc. If you would like to support this worthy cause please contact Bartley Ryan 086 735 8359 or any of our walkers to contribute.<\/p>\n

\nHealthy Club – Every Step Counts Challenge<\/strong>
\nWe are entering into the final week of the Every Step Counts challenge and the group have collectively to date walked over 11,000kms. If anyone wants to join in for the last week it’s not too late to download the app, sign up to the Nenagh Eire Og team and join in the walking.

\nPWC Young Player Nominee<\/strong>
\nWell done once again to Jake Morris on being nominated for the PWC Young Player of the Year. While the award went to Kilkenny’s Eoin Cody it was nonetheless a great honour for Jake to be nominated for this award and a great honour for Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g.

\nCommunity response<\/strong>
\nThanks to all our volunteers who are helping out with our Level 5 Community response and thanks to Bartley Ryan for coordinating this. A reminder that if any member of our community requires support during these difficult times please contact our Community Covid Officer, Bartley Ryan, on 086 735 8359 and a member of our club will be only too delighted to come to your assistance.

\nCAMOGIE NEWS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Camogie club put out a ‘call to action’ and rounded up the troops to get a huge number of families to take part in the Jerusalema Challenge. We showed our solidarity to our #frontlineworkers as well as raising the spirits of the club as we continue to live with the Covid restrictions. Instead of showing off their skills on the pitch, our members showed off their dance skills in all weather to create a brilliant video.
\nIt was posted on Facebook, Twitter and the new Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g Camogie Instagram page this week and immediately went viral reaching over 10,000 people!
\nHuge thanks to Stephanie Browne (Musical Theatre Academy Nenagh) for putting all the clips together creating one fun video for everyone to enjoy and give 5 seconds of fame to all the families who took part.
