Lotto<\/strong><\/p>\n

The second supplementary draw of our Community Lotto took place following the lotto draw held on 21st Dec. Congratulations to our three lucky winners Bernie Hennessy, Enda Costello and James Cullen who each received \u20ac500. Our chosen charity for this draw was Nenagh Lions Club who also received \u20ac500. Chairman, John Tooher, recently presented this cheque to Rose Walsh, President of Nenagh Lions Club. The draw for our next chosen charity will take place in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Our Lotto continues to be suspended until further notice due to Level 5 restrictions.<\/p>\n

Club membership for 2021 is now due and can be paid online at www.nenagheireog.com<\/a> or to any Committee member. Membership rates remain the same this year –  Adult – \u20ac50 and Student\/OAP\/Unemployed – \u20ac30. Family options are also available.<\/div>\n

The GAA Healthy Club ‘Every Step Counts’ challenge in association with Irish Life’s ‘MyLife App’ is starting on Wednesday, Jan 13th. It will run for 7 weeks with some serious prizes up for grabs! Just download the app and join the Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g team. <\/div>\n
Walkers should only take part as individuals or as part of small family units\/bubbles. Please follow all government Covid guidelines and keep yourselves and your community safe. For further information\/queries, please contact our Healthy Club Officer on 0879886686.<\/div>\n

Helping the Community <\/strong><\/div>\n
The club has re-activated our COVID-19 Community Response Team in light of the re-introduction of Level 5 restrictions.<\/div>\n
If any member of our community requires support during these difficult times, prescriptions and groceries collected or if we can support you in any way please contact our Community Covid Officer, Bartley Ryan, on 086 735 8359 and a member of our club will be only too delighted to come to your assistance.<\/div>\n
Similarly, if any member of our club wants to volunteer to help out please contact Bartley and your name will be added to our response team.<\/div>\n

We would like to extend our sympathies to the family, friends and the Marlfield GAA club on the recent death of Theo English. Theo spent a time with Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g in the early 90s as coach with the senior team. Ar dheis D\u00e9 go raibh a anam.<\/div>\n

PR-\u00d3g Role<\/strong><\/div>\n
In July 2020 the Camogie Association piloted a new initiative \u2013 The PR-\u00d3g \u2013 aimed at supporting club and county PROs.<\/div>\n
This new role is aimed at 15-21 year olds who have a specific interest in public relations and in particular social media.<\/div>\n
They are running this initiative again and details are at the following link.<\/div>\n
