Our senior hurlers qualified for the semi-final of the FBD Insurance Tipperary senior hurling championship following a 3-12 to 1-8 win over Thurles Sarsfields in Semple Stadium on Saturday last. Three first-half goals from Jake Morris helped Nenagh on their way and they now prepare for a semi-final meeting with Loughmore Castleiney while Kiladangan will play Drom & Inch on the other side of the draw.<\/p>\n

Our junior-C team recorded a 0-22 to 0-13 win over Roscrea in MacDonagh Park on Sunday morning in round 2 of the championship. In what was a highly entertaining game, both sides worked extremely hard with Nenagh just having enough to pull away from their opponents in the end. We wish Aidan Healy a speedy recovery from a knock he picked up in the game. <\/p>\n
