This is a vital game for the club and your support would be appreciated in Boherlahan on Friday evening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior A: <\/strong>Well done to our junior A hurlers who completed a three in-a-row of league titles on Sunday evening last in Dolla &#8211; \u00c9ire \u00d3g beat Borris-Ileigh 0-13 to 0-11 in the final. The junior A hurlers will now hope to successfully defend their junior A championship title in the coming weeks. \u00c9ire \u00d3g have been drawn in group two alongside Toomevara, Roscrea, Kilruane MacDonagh\u2019s and Moneygall. \u00c9ire \u00d3g campaign will start on the weekend of July 5th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minor A:<\/strong> Our minor hurlers begin the defence of their north championship on Sunday, June 30th when they travel to Newport to play Newport Gaels. This game will take place at 12 noon and your support would be appreciated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipperary Minors:<\/strong> Best wishes to Barry Heffernan, James Mackey, Andrew Coffey, Donnacha Quinn and the Tipperary minor team which faces Limerick in a provincial semi-final at Semple Stadium, Thurles on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JUVENILE<\/p>\n<p>Bishopstown Trip:<\/strong> Our under-6, under-8 and under-10 teams travelled to Cork last Saturday for what turned out to be a fantastic day of hurling and fun for all involved. Thanks to all the mentors, the parents who travelled and especially the boys whose behaviour did the club proud. Congratulations to Bishopstown GAA on hosting such a successful day for all the teams involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under-12:<\/strong> Both the groups one and four teams enjoyed victories over Kildangan in the latest round of the Go Games league. Group one\u2019s next round is at home to Lorrha and has been brought forward to Thursday, June 27th at 6.30pm because of Friday night\u2019s senior match. The group four team will not be in action this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under-14:<\/strong> Our under-14 hurlers enjoyed a good win to kick start their north Tipperary under-14A hurling championship campaign. Against a good Borrisokane side the lads showed great focus from the start to finish and ran out winners on a scoreline of Borrisokane 1-7 Nenagh \u00c9ire \u00d3g 2-11. The next round match is at home to Toomevara on Wednesday, June 26th at 6.30pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer Camp:<\/strong> The \u00c9ire \u00d3g Summer Camp this year runs from Monday, July 22nd to Friday, July 26th (2-5pm). The cost is \u20ac40 per child and a maximum of \u20ac70 per family. It is open to boys and girls ages five to fourteen years of age. Non-members welcome. It\u2019s a great week of fun and activity for the kids with some expert coaching on hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAMOGIE<\/p>\n<p>Under-12: <\/strong>Our under-12s head to Tralee next Saturday, June 29th for the Munster finals of the Community Games. We have organised a bus for this event which will meet in the hurling field next Saturday morning 7.15am. There is a small charge of \u20ac5 for children and \u20ac10 for adults. The first game is fixed for 11am. We would like to wish the team under the guidance of Greg, Philip, Pat and Catriona all the very best of luck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under-14:<\/strong> Our under-14s had two more challenge matches over the weekend in their final preparation for the F\u00e9ile which takes place the weekend of July 5th, 6th and 7th in Killeedy, County limerick. The team are looking forward to the challenge and we would like to wish Noel, Martin, Maeve, Catherine and Mairead with the team all the very best of luck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentation:<\/strong> On Tuesday, June 25th we are having a presentation for both groups, the Community Games and the F\u00e9ile team, at MacDonagh Park after their training sessions. All are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under-16 &#038; Minor: <\/strong>The under-16s and minors are training two evenings a week with the under-16s preparing for a county semi-final with the date to be confirmed. The minors are starting their championship on July 9th in Nenagh against Cashel. Keep up the good work girls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior:<\/strong> our juniors are away this Friday, June 28th to Valley Rovers in Brinny, Cork. We are running a bus for this match meeting in the hurling field at 4.15pm.
