Dinner Dance 2009/10

The club hosted a very successful Dinner Dance in the Abbey Court Hotel on Friday night last. Around 300 people attended a very enjoyable evening where the Senior, Junior and Minor hurlers along with the U21 footballers all received their winners medals for 2009. Thanks to the Abbey Court for hosting the function, North Board Chairman Michael Sheehy and Ger Gavin for presenting the medals and to Ebony and Michael McNamara for providing the entertainment on the night. Special tributes were paid on the night to outgoing Vice Chairman Ger Gavin. Aside from being one of the most respected administrators in North Tipperary, Ger has had a long active and fruitful association with the GAA in Nenagh. His commitment and passion are truly commendable and no doubt he will continue to make a significant contribution to the club this year and for many years to come.
