Coaching the coach: The club hosted a visit by Justin McCarthy on Saturday last who conducted a hurling coaching session for club coaches. This included a talk and a demonstration on how to make the most effective use of a hurling alley and the session ended with some personal coaching from Justin for some of our u14 hurlers and camogie players.
